It was out first time in Wildwood. We were in town for a beach event and this place was in the perfect location and was Positive: The location was amazing, one block away from the boards. The owners were so responsive and so kind. Negative: It would be nice if there was parking but I had no problem at all using the load in spot for unloading the car and there is PLENTY of free parking a few blocks away if you don’t want to pay for parking, which made it a non issue

Positive: So close to boardwalk and beach, super clean and modern

All in all, it was a nice place, with a great location, and there was excellent communication with the property owners. Positive: It was a nice looking place. Convenient walk to the boardwalk, and to the beach. Didn’t hear much noise from others around us. Communication with the owners was excellent. Negative: Couch was a little dirty underneath the cushions, with crumbs, candy and other things that we didn’t have with us. There were no washcloths. Parking was the only other issue. Not entirely the property owners fault, but parking around there is a pain, especially with those rental parking spaces.

Had a 2 day stay with friends. Location and condo was great Updated and Very Clean Positive: The deck and location were great. Negative: Noisy neighbors

Disappointing Positive: Location Negative: parking was very expensive, bed wasn't comfortable, apartment needs a compete cleaning. Second floor entrance is to dark to see key pad.
